Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. ₹49 Diwali pre-booking

• The ₹49 pre-booking amount is adjusted in the course fee when you enrol.
• If BPST Academy cancels your batch or cannot start it, the ₹49 is refunded in full to the original payment method.
• You can transfer your pre-booking to another course or batch by messaging us with your booking reference before your batch starts.
• Apart from the cases above, the ₹49 pre-booking amount is non-refundable.

2. Duplicate or failed payments

If you are charged twice or a payment fails but money is debited, share the transaction ID with us; verified duplicate amounts are refunded in full.

3. Course fees

Refunds of course fees follow the fee terms shared in writing at enrolment.

4. Refund timelines

Approved refunds are initiated within 7 working days to the original payment method. Banks may take 5–10 working days to credit the amount.
